What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in saleable condition and purchased from the M4D3 website directly. Please understand that we do not provide refunds for any shipping costs incurred.

Will money still be donated to the partner charity if I return my shoes?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to donate funds to the partner charity if the shoes are returned.

Do you offer exchanges? Exchanges are FREE. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and contact us for a FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange or call us to put the item on hold.

Does M4D3 ship internationally?
YES, we ship to over 200 countries.

How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling charges will vary depending on the country and import duties.

Is there a way to track my order?
Yes, we can provide a tracking number for your reference once the product is shipped.

I'm reluctant to buy without trying on a shoe - what size should I order?
M4D3 shoes run true to U.S sizes and available in medium width only. We recommend that you order your normal shoe size on a causal or dress shoe. If you typically wear a half size, we recommend you buy a half size up.

Will M4D3 ever make men's shoes?
Our product offering is expected to expand in the near future – Stay tuned!

Will M4D3 design more than one collection with a partner?
Absolutely. We seek to collaborate with as many organizations and individuals as possible that share our passion for helping those in need. If a single partner were passionate about more than one cause, we would not limit ourselves. We want to Make A Difference Every Day, and in every way.

Will M4D3 restock when a collection is sold-out?
Most of our styles are limited editions. Unfortunately, once they sell out, they will not be restocked.

My shoes are defective - what should I do?
If you believe that the M4D3 Shoes you purchased are defective with regard to materials and workmanship within 12 months of the date of purchase, please e-mail M4D3 Customer Service at customerservice@made-shoes.com with the following information:

Photograph of your shoes/reason for your concern

Please note that there is our warranty does not apply to fair wear and tear, willful damage, abnormal storage, alterations, repairs, improper fit or unreasonable use.

The donated percentage of proceeds will vary by each partnership/collaboration. We will work to maximize the give-back for each collaboration

Our products are currently manufactured in our secure factories located south of Shanghai, China
